A record number of forty antivirus programs took part in the April tests of MS Windows Vista Business Edition.
TrustPort Antivirus managed to detect 100% of viruses within on-demand and on-access testing within the majority of categories which contained harmful codes, rightfully earning the prestigious VB100 award.
Developers of TrustPort have really been hard at work, a fact which is also indicated by the author of the test, John Hawes: “The installation process was straightforward and the product remained stable even under heavy bombardment. The look and feel of the product also seemed a little different, with the interface laid out in a pleasant and logical fashion, with access to the full range of configurations users of such a serious product should expect“.
Virus Bulletin is a prestigious magazine which is widely known thanks to its tests which many of the world’s best antivirus brands regularly undertake. Every two months VB conducts a comparison of antivirus products for different platforms. Only the products that unveil 100% in-the-wild and receive no false positives are granted the prestigious VB100 award. More information can be found at www.virusbtn.com.
