These Terms & Conditions, including information on how to participate and prize details (Terms), apply to the Trustport Demonstration Promotion (Promotion) offered by the Promoter. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
The Promoter is Trstport Pty Ltd (Promoter) ACN 687 946 881.
The Promotion commences on the date published by the Promoter and closes at 11:59PM (AEST) on 30 June 2026 (Promotion Period).
Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
Entry into the Promotion is open to Australian real estate agency Principals and Business Owners who are authorised decision-makers for technology or platform subscriptions within their business (Eligible Entrants).
Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter, and any agencies associated with this Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request evidence that the entrant is an agency Principal, Business Owner or authorised decision-maker.
To enter the Promotion and be eligible for the prize draw, an Eligible Entrant must during the Promotion Period:
• Register for a product demonstration with the Trustport team; and
• Attend and complete the demonstration before 30 June 2026.
Only one entry per Eligible Entrant is permitted unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.
Incomplete, fraudulent or misleading entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
Eligible Entrants who satisfy all entry requirements will be entered into a prize draw to win:
• 1 x $1,000 AUD Flightgift travel card.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.
If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on the 1st July 2026, and the winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details supplied during registration.
If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion as appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related entities exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.
Any personal information provided by entrants will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this Promotion, contacting entrants and winners, and conducting future marketing activities in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with these Terms and Trustport’s privacy policy, which can be found at trustport.com/privacy.
