CEO & Founder

A proven founder with a strong track record of building and scaling leading real estate transaction platform Realtair, used by agents, buyers and sellers across Australia.
Blake has spent his career at the intersection of property, technology and operations, designing platforms that bring structure, transparency and trust to complex, high-value transactions.  

Blake brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach to product and platform development, shaped by hands-on experience growing a startup into a trusted industry solution. With deep insight into how property transactions work day to day, he is focused on making the process safer, simpler and more reliable for agents and consumers alike.

Cat Munro

CTO & Founder

Cat Munro is an experienced leader with over 20 years’ experience building trusted financial and property platforms in markets around the world. She has worked across banking, payments, and real estate technology, helping organisations and their customers navigate complex transactions with confidence and ease.

Cat brings a deep understanding of how money moves through the property lifecycle, from lending and settlements to compliance and risk and has spent her career simplifying these processes for customers and agents alike. She has worked in both startups and large enterprises, scaling new ideas into reliable platforms that support high-value property transactions.
